Our residence at sea has two types of apartment:
THREE-ROOM Apartment TYPE 1 (ground floor and first
floor)
- With 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bunk
bed)
- 1 large living room - dining room with 1 sofa bed
- 1 kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove, sink
- 1 bathroom shower hot and cold water, w.c. bidet
- 2 large terraces on the first floor, or 2 verandas on the ground floor
The carrying capacity is 6 people. With the agreement can accommodate 7 people.

TWO-ROOM Apartment TYPE 2 (second floor)
- With 1 bedroom with double bed and a bunk bed, sofa bed or with
- 1 large living room, dining room, kitchenette, refrigerator, stove, sink.
- 1 bathroom with hot and cold water shower, toilet bidet, washbasin.
- 3 terraces
- air conditioning
The carrying capacity is 4 people. With the agreement can accommodate 5 people.

Addition, the residence offers:
- 1 swimming pool with solarium, a springboard for adults and 1 children's
pool.
- Enclosed garden with playground, table tennis and barbecue.
- Parking with bus shelter (1 parking space for each apartment)

|
The beach is 200 meters is free and has a cycle path.
|
|
Pool: Our swimming pool is private and exclusively reserved
for guests regularly enrolled in the schedule to the notification. All guests are required
to comply with the regulation of the pool and residence.

The apartment is delivered upon arrival perfectly clean.

The deposit must be made within 8 days of tax not included;

|
Arrival time: after 14.00 am
Departure time: before 9:00 am.
